Emily Abeledo-Adams offers 15 years of direct counseling experience with individuals struggling with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma, grief/loss, relationship problems and addictions. She is an MSW graduate of the University of Southern California, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Licensed Funeral Director. She provides time sensitive, clinically effective counseling to couples, families, adults and adolescents in both English and Spanish.
Her goal is to help empower people to reach the life goals they have set up for themselves and to enable them to lead happier, fuller, and healthier lives.
She is a systemic family therapist, that utilizes an ecletic approach, fine tuning philosophies to her clients. She incorporates meditative, insightful oriented and cognitive behavioral therapies along with the Kaizen philosophy of slow but continuous improvement.
